When can Clients Cancel an Order?  

There are a few limitations on the reasons you can cancel an order:    

• Clients can cancel their order at any time before it is shipped.  
• Sale or Discount product orders cannot be canceled.  
• Custom orders cannot be canceled.  

How do Clients Cancel an order?

Please let us know why you are canceling, as well as your order number.  

There is no charge if you cancel an order before it ships. But if you decide to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you could have to pay the following costs:    

• Fees for shipping and handling  
• Shipping costs for returns  
• Restocking charges (20% maximum)  

If I cancel my order, how will I get my money back?  

• Customers will get a full refund for their order, including all relevant taxes and shipping costs, if they cancel it before it ships.    
• Customers will get a refund for the purchase price of the items, less any applicable fees if they decide to cancel their order after it has been shipped.     
• After the returned goods are received, refunds will be handled in 5-7 business days .
