How will I know if you have received my order?

Order processing takes 01 working day, and we can accommodate changes in shipping addresses for existing orders if the package is still in our possession.

Shipping will take approximately 2-5 business days. We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Nexus, AMEX, and Mobile wallets such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, iPay, and Upay, (an online real-time authorization is done through the SSL COMMERZ Secured Payment Gateway).

What will be the delivery charge?  

The delivery fee is 80 BDT within Dhaka and 120 BDT outside of Dhaka.  

How many times will an exchange be available?  

An exchange can be done once.

Discounted products and undergarments cannot be exchanged.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed and verified by us.
